For the second year, Las Vegas Firefighters Local 1285 will be selling breast cancer awareness shirts to their membership and the public.

All proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. T-shirts sell for $20, and are available in men’s short and long sleeve styles (up to 3XL) and women’s sizes (up to 2XL). They can be purchased online at www.heroic.supply throughout September and October.

“Last year, our firefighters and community came together, sported their shirts and donated more than $8,000 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation,” said Scott Johnson, president of Las Vegas Firefighters Local 1285. “This year, we’re dedicating our campaign to Audrey Diaz, a former Fox 5 associate, who was our friend and strong supporter of our cause while fighting breast cancer herself. She lost her battle earlier this year and we want to donate as much as we can to the Komen Foundation in her honor, so we encourage everyone to buy a shirt and help us win this fight together.”
