Rachel McGrath serves as a Public Relations Coordinator, where she develops branding initiatives, marketing materials, and graphic design assets, manages social media platforms, supports the planning and execution of special events, and assists in day-to-day media relations operations. Her work combines creative storytelling and thoughtful design with strategic messaging to build meaningful connections across a variety of platforms.

Before stepping into her current role, Rachel built a strong foundation through independent communications and marketing work, partnering with organizations and businesses to develop brand identities, create marketing materials, manage social media strategies, and produce compelling visual content. After being raised in Las Vegas, she earned bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and developed an expertise in audience engagement, interpersonal communication, and understanding various demographics.

Outside of work, Rachel likes to spend her free time traveling, attending concerts, painting, and creating stained glass projects.
