Goodwill hosted a graduation ceremony to honor SWEP participants and celebrate their hard work. The program partners with high school special education students across the valley to give them an opportunity to gain real life work experience.

Rick Neal, the Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill of Southern Nevada, joined a roundtable of experts to discuss workforce development. The panel shared insights on the challenges across multiple industries and the solutions to these problems companies are implementing.
