On Monday, May 25, 2015 at the Revere Golf Club at Anthem, The Foundation Assisting Seniors (FAS) will hold their 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The money raised will provide funding for the foundation’s programs to improve the overall quality of life of seniors in the community by ensuring that they remain as safe and comfortable as possible as they age in their homes.
The event will begin with the “Shotgun” at 7:30 a.m., and include a four-person scramble. Players may sign up as an individual or in a team, and the cost is $100 per player. There will be many contests throughout the duration of the event, and it will conclude with an award luncheon where more than 100 raffle prizes ranging from vacation packages to dinner gift certificates will be given away.
Sponsorships start at $200 for the “Bronze” package, $700 for the “Silver” package, and go up to $1,100 for the “Gold” package. The “Bronze” package includes a tee sign on each hole and company name listed in the program. The “Silver” package includes a foursome in the tournament, a tee sign on each hole, company name listed in the program, and website link. The “Gold” package includes a foursome in the tournament, a full-page program ad, tee sign on each hole, and website link.
