Kelsey Hand, executive director of media and client relations for Trosper Communications, LLC, was elected to the Board of Directors of S.A.F.E. House. She will serve a two-year term.  

S.A.F.E. House is an organization committed to stopping violence and abuse in the family environment by providing safe shelter, support, advocacy, counseling and education. As a board member, Hand will participate in continuing the organization’s goals in an effort to help provide quality crisis intervention, shelter and counseling services to domestic violence victims and their children in the community. She will specifically focus on public relations and media efforts, as well as special event promotion.

Julie Proctor, S.A.F.E. House Executive Director, says, “Kelsey will make a great addition to our board, and we look forward to making use of her unique skillset and expertise to get the word out about our organization.”

S.A.F.E. House provides the comprehensive advocacy services to victims of domestic violence and abuse, and provides follow up and transitional resources and support. S.A.F.E. House continues to be a leader in domestic violence education and prevention by raising awareness of the seriousness and devastating effects of family abuse and violence.
