SR Construction Completes Build-Out for Centennial Hills Hospital.
March 13th, 2017

CHH 4th Floor Nurse Station

SR Construction announces the completion of the third and fourth floor build-out at Centennial Hills Hospital. The 53,000-square-foot build out will provide space for additional med-surg beds.

The project is unique in that it was completed as an integrated lean project delivery, which is a collaboration method that is relatively new to the valley. The process combines the best practices of each company to collectively achieve the goals of the vision.

Universal Health Services, Inc. contracted SR, 10 Nine Design Group, Gallagher Plumbing, MMC Contractors and GSL Electric to build a space to provide 72 patient beds, four nurse stations, two family lobbies, six isolation rooms and six additional handicap rooms.

“It is extremely gratifying to successfully deliver a project that not only maximizes the hospital’s space, but provides the best possible care and comfort for patients and their families,” said Bret Loughridge, vice president of operations at SR.
