SR Construction, a local design/build general contractor founded in 1991, was presented an Honor Award at the NAIOP Southern Nevada Annual Spotlight Awards for its Hakkasan Corporate Office Tenant Improvement Project. The project is comprised of 53,000 square feet of improvements to the seventh and eighth floors of the existing Rainbow Sunset Pavilion building, including a reception area, administrative offices, open space remodels for creative, promotional and marketing departments, educational rooms, conference rooms, break rooms on each floor, and a meditation room.
