SR Construction is proud to announce the completion of renovation on UnitedHealth Group’s office buildings next to MountainView Hospital. The new office space serves as corporate headquarters for approximately 3,000 employees.

The project included a demolition of existing interior partitions in the 270,000-square-foot office spaces. SR built new partitions and installed approximately 2,500 cubicles in both of the six-story buildings. In addition, a new fitness center with showers was added, as well as 20 conference rooms, 12 employee break rooms, four mail rooms and 13 remodeled restrooms.

“We are happy to deliver this project to UHG, maximizing the space for thousands of employees to have a highly functional work environment,” said Bret Loughridge, vice president of operations at SR Construction.

This project was unique in that six construction phases were implemented to ensure that the offices remained fully operational during construction.
