(HENDERSON, Nev.) — Elizabeth Trosper, Principal of Trosper Communications, LLC, is proud to announce the hiring of Kelsey Hand as the firm’s executive director of media and client relations. Kelsey will serve as the lead in all media relations and as the direct liaison between the firm’s clients and the press.

“We are pleased to bring Kelsey on board,” says Trosper. “Her experience in community outreach and planning of special events, as well as her media relations expertise, will be a great addition to the team.” Kelsey was previously the public information coordinator for the Clark County Regional Flood Control District where she worked to educate Southern Nevada residents about the dangers of flash flooding. She served as the direct contact between the community and the District and worked with local media to get important safety messages out to the public.
