(HENDERSON, NV) — Elizabeth Trosper, Principal of Trosper Communications, LLC, is proud to announce the promotion of Frank Fuentes to Communications and Social Media Director. Frank previously served as a Communications and Social Media Coordinator. In his role, he will continue to develop integrated communications plans and implement social media strategies for both the agency and clients.

Bailey Farrell was also hired as an Account Coordinator, and will assist in the public relations efforts for the agency’s public safety and business-to-business sectors.
