(HENDERSON, Nev.) – The Henderson Police Officers’ Association Charitable Foundation (HPOACF) recently announced they will be the presenting sponsor for the 6th Annual ‘Run for Shelter’ 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk, on November 22, 2014 at Cornerstone Park. As the presenting sponsor, they will be donating $5,000 to the non-profit.

Henderson Police are launching a new program to help keep your kids safe when they walk to and from school.
(Henderson, Nev.) – The Henderson Police Officers’ Association Charitable Foundation (HPOACF), in partnership with Henderson Police Department and City of Henderson, will be launching their first “Cross with a Cop” Week from October 6 to October 10. Officers will be pairing with elementary school crossing guards to assist in walking children across the street in order to raise awareness on crosswalk safety.
(Henderson, Nev.) – The Henderson Police Officers’ Association (HPOA) recently sponsored a participant in the Southern Nevada Devil Pups 2014 Youth Leadership Program at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The sponsorship provided expenses for supplies and participation costs for their graduate of choice, William Ledesma.
