Coats for Kids, a youth organization, partnered with several area fire stations to provide the gift of warmth in the Silver State recently.
After working hard throughout the month of November to raise dollars to assist patients with prostate cancer and testicular cancer and to raise awareness about men’s health issues, Las Vegas, NV Local 1285 members collected $5,350 for the Movemer Foundation. This was the largest amount raised by a group of first responders, making Local 1285 the winner of the Foundation’s “First Responder Challenge.”
