Scott Johnson and Jennifer Ramieh of the American Red Cross on the FOX 5 Morning Show today discussing the annual “Fire Hurts. Red Cross Helps.” Campaign! This is a year-round effort and donations are needed to assist those families displaced by home fires.
The American Red Cross and the Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada (PFFN) launched their 2015 “Fire Hurts. Red Cross Helps.” Campaign on January 22nd, 2015 with the goal of raising $250K for local fire victims. Scott Gorgon served as the spokesperson for the PFFN, giving a speech at the event.
Coats for Kids, a youth organization, partnered with several area fire stations to provide the gift of warmth in the Silver State recently.
It is the time of year for trick-or-treating, scary costumes, candy, and pumpkins. By making small adjustments during this time to costumes and decoration choices danger and risk to public Safety is easily decreased. The Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada (PFFN) reminds the community to be safe this Halloween by offering some safety tips.
